I am a Mumbai based Psychologist and The Founder / Director of Sheela Dang Mental Health Care Centre (OPC)Private Limited. I am persuing my Ph.d in Psychology (Trauma /PTSD and Grief being my Research Thesis. I am also the member of American Psychological Association, Washington DC (USA).

I am a trained psychotherapist and i help in various mental disorders and Trauma being my core specialization.

To give a little overview about the work i handle most of which involves in dealing with patients suffering from Trauma such as Burnt and Acid Victims , Psychical Disability due to critical accidents , Patients suffering from cancer that need's mental health support along with their caregivers / family , Suicidal , Child Sexual Abuse and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to name a few and much more in the field of Mental health sector such as Depression , Anxiety , Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) etc .

SDMHCC is a medium which one can seek to lead a healthy life keeping your thoughts and emotions under control and educate oneself about different kinds of toughness and have a strong ability to face adversity, failure and negative thoughts in life.
